We have a dedicated Quality Assurance department staffed with certified workers who have many years of experience in measuring components.

Beyond the necessary inspection tools, we employ RENISHAW measuring probes for the measurement of details and tools, which gives us the opportunity to measure the material before processing, during and after machining with an accuracy of 5 microns.

 

Additionally, we are equipped with TESA altimeters for accurate measurements of height, dimensions, steps, diameter, hole spacing, groove widths etc.
