We are a CNC machine shop built on a simple idea: hand over a drawing, get back a finished, inspected part, made by the same people every time.

Our story

MAD Precision Engineering was founded in 2018 in Jarocin, Poland. From the start the goal was to be a one-stop CNC partner, a place that takes a component from CAD file to finished, measured part without sending it out to three other suppliers along the way.

The company is owner-led. Its two founders bring together decades of hands-on machining and business experience, and both stay close to the work: one on the floor, one on the relationship. When you call, you reach the people making your parts.

Today we machine components for clients across automotive, motorsport, marine, medical and other demanding sectors, holding tight tolerances and finishing parts in-house. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and we have machined well over a million parts to date.

    Co-founder · Machining

    Marek Blaszczyk

    Many years running CNC machines in Poland and the UK, specialising in metals, non-metallic materials and plastics. Marek has made components for the aerospace and automotive industries and for machines of every kind.

  • Davide Casarini
    Co-founder · Business

    Davide Casarini

    Fifteen years in the business services industry. Davide earned an MBA from INSEAD and practised as a management consultant in the aerospace and transport industries.
